‘The Life’ is a title that Jesus uses to describe Himself. When we describe Jesus as The Life, we acknowledge that He is also Life incarnate and has the power to give life.

Jesus told her, “I am the resurrection and the life. Anyone who believes in me will live, even after dying. Everyone who lives in me and believes in me will never ever die. 

John 11:25-26

Through Jesus, life was given to all things and His life brought light to everyone (John 1:1-5). The true words of Jesus speak new life into our lives and our situations.

Previously, we looked at Jesus as the Bread of Life and we also acknowledge that seeking Jesus everyday helps to sustain us and keep us going.

Consider God as The Life.

Take some time to meditate on this aspect of God and worship Him for being The Life.
